Chapter 01
Downtime is the only number that matters
A car in the shop for a day is an inconvenience. A delivery van, a rental unit, or a service truck sitting on a lift is a route that does not get run, and Boulevard Tire & Service builds fleet work around that difference. Commercial safety inspections and preventive maintenance schedules are set up so the vehicle comes in for the things that will actually fail, not everything at once, and it goes back out the same day whenever the job allows it.
The day to day list covers transmission repairs, electrical system services, tire repairs, brake repairs, alignment repairs, steering system repairs, air conditioning service, and the preventive maintenance that catches the rest before it strands a driver. Records you can actually pull
Fleet managers do not just need the vehicle fixed, they need to be able to show what was done and when. Boulevard Tire & Service keeps detailed maintenance records on every fleet vehicle it services, and those records are available for the owner to review on request, whether that is for an internal audit, an insurance question, or deciding when a unit has earned its retirement.
One fleet customer, Jennifer Poodle, put it plainly after years of bringing her vehicles through: "I like coming to Boulevard because I feel like I'm getting good service for my Hondas, and the guys are always super nice and helpful when I have a concern about one of my cars." That is the same shop and the same crew working on the fleet side of the lot.
Chapter 03
Accounts and sizes we already handle
Boulevard Tire & Service already runs national fleet accounts, so the paperwork side of a fleet relationship is not new to this shop. ARI, Element, and Enterprise fleet service accounts are all accepted, which covers a large share of the leased and managed fleets moving through Kansas City, Overland Park, and Lee's Summit.
On the tire side, the shop fits commercial tires up to 19.5 inches, which covers most of the box trucks, service vans, and light commercial units that make up a working fleet without needing a separate heavy truck facility across town.
The fleets on our lot
The vehicles that come through are not all the same kind of fleet. Service and delivery vehicles, car rental agencies, utility companies, and corporate fleet companies are regulars, alongside hospital vehicles, casino and resort vehicles, and municipal, construction, and sanitation fleets that cannot afford a unit sitting idle.
If your fleet runs anywhere in the Kansas City metro, including Overland Park and Lee's Summit, Boulevard Tire & Service is set up to take it on. ASE certified technicians handle the work, every repair carries a one year warranty on parts and labor, and the shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a night drop for vehicles that need to come in outside those hours.
